Schaumburg criminal defense lawyer Thomas Glasgow was a presenter at the 2014 DUI Defense Institute Course in Chicago. Glasgow was also a moderator at the two-day event.
The two-day program was focused on answering 10 critical questions related to attorney’s DUI Defense practice. The content was developed by a planning committee of well-respected, practicing DUI Defense attorneys and was designed to provide attorneys with practical answers to help them build and grow a successful DUI practice. Attorneys were also eligible to earn CLE credit from the event.

And How Do I Select One?” Glasgow presented alongside his Associate Attorney Stephanie Olsson. Glasgow explained the importance of utilizing a non-lawyer expert in DUI cases.
Glasgow explains that the non-lawyer expert can assist attorneys with the elements that need to be proven such as the breathalyzer tests, whether or not driving can be established and the reconstruction of an accident, which consists of figuring out who was where at what time. Glasgow further explains that taking the time to work diligently with a non-lawyer expert can give the client more power in negotiations as well.
